Alertpay(AP)撤资实例

其实网赚中投资有时候是可以撤回来的，Alertpay和Paypal都有撤资服务，这里我主要讲解Alertpay 撤资的方法.
以我撤资的实倒讲解吧，希望对您有所帮助。
背景：
2009年8月初我用Alertpay付款升级了www.bux36.com这个点击项目，但是升级后4天，他们的网站无法打开，这时我意识到我这次投资可能要失败了.(PS:不一定要等到网站打不开再撤资，如果不支付或者他们没有履行服务条款也可以撤资)
步骤：
1.马上联系www.bux36.com管理员，可以写信或者到他们的论坛发帖联系，等待其答复，如果无回复或仍然坚持他们自己的行为，并影响到你的利益，这时你可以向Alertpay公司提出撤资申请.
2.点击链接：http://helpdesk.alertpay.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit 再选择Transaction Dispute 点击next

8/2/2009,I bought one month Golden membership from www.bux36.com. But now, i can not open their site. I attempt to contact them,but did not receive any information , I am very worried . 2天后我收到AP公司的回复：(有两封信，一封是写给我的，另外一封是写给bux36的)

Please contact 我的邮箱@gmail.com within 5 business days and respond to this ticket to resolve this issue promptly. If we do not hear from you within 5 business days and you do not cooperate, the resolution will work in your customer’s favour.
** Important note for the member who filed this dispute: If the merchant fails to respond to this ticket within five business days, it is your responsibility to reply to this ticket to let us know whether or not you have resolved your dispute. ?If you do not respond within 10 business days, we will assume that you have resolved the issue with the merchant, and we will close this dispute.
Thank you for your understanding. 大意是说请在5个工作日内联系我(这封信不用管，知道这事就行了)

We are in the process of resolving your transaction dispute. However, to reach a prompt resolution, you must respond to the Contact Request email that we sent to both you and the seller. Please take some time to read the instructions and respond accordingly.
If you do not respond within 10 business days, we will assume that you have resolved the issue with the merchant, and we will close this dispute.
Please do not respond to this email. Thank you for your understanding.
大意是说如果10个工作日我没有回复,则自动结束争端.
除去等待bux36 5个工作日外,也就是说我必须在6-10个工作日内回复这封信,否则自动结束

等了6天，我回复了AP公司写给我的信：
Hello Oggy,
Until today, I still have not received any reply from them(www.bux36.com). Please help me, Thank you very much!

第7天，AP公司已经将钱转入我的帐户：
Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I am happy to assist you.
Your request for a refund has been approved and you will be reimbursed shortly. When you login to your AlertPay account, you will notice the payment reversal in your transaction activity. We urge you to co-operate with the seller in identifying the cause of your dissatisfaction with the product/service prior to engaging in further transactions.
Thank you for your understanding. OK，果然已经到帐

点评：这种相对来说比较简单，基本没和商家争论，不过大概流程就这样吧。另外撤资要及时，不要等到骗子已经将钱撤出再提起争端。
PayPal(PP)撤资实例
做网赚，有好的项目当然可以适当投资一点，但网络上的事情不确定性因素太多，不过一些网络银行有撤资服务，有些情况还是可以给予一定的保障。
下面我说介绍一下paypal撤资的流程(在45天以内可以这样操作，超过45天就撤不了)：
1.选择需要撤资的资金：
2.转到调解中心：
3.报告问题(兑换PP时被骗或者PP帐户被盗可以选择第二项"未经授权交易")
4.选择"我没有收到物品"：
5.给卖家留言，先沟通：
6.无法沟通时"升级为补偿"，一般1-2天就应升级为补偿，让PP公司处理：
点评：一般只要卖家帐户内有钱，而确实是其理亏都可以撤资回来。一定要及时，投资后随时保持警觉，项目出现不异常及时提出撤资。当然谁也不能保证百分百投资成功，风险与利益同在嘛。
